Uganda is usually referred to as the jewel of East Africa, because of the natural beauty that it has to offer. I lately visited this Country on a working holiday to design a safari lodge. Just like its neighbors, Uganda provides visitors some wonderful African delights exactly where they get to get pleasure from the wild, African delicacies and experience the wealthy culture of the men and women of Uganda. Other accessories such as lighting fixtures, were also designed in shapes that symbolized some of the African animals. Also important to consider was getting warm cozy bedding, since the lodge is situated within a region that is relatively cold.
With all these important aspects taken care of, I embarked putting everything in its rightful place. The custom wardrobe, perfectly complimented the big wooden bed while the pine table, was accompanied by a nice wooden chair within the study area. The narrow bedside cabinets were also placed besides the table, strategically completing the set. At the end of it all, the design of the Safari Logde won the hearts of many as it was warm and inviting. In conclusion, designing the safari lodge in Uganda was a rare challenge that served to expand my expertise.
